This session explores aspects of quality of life for people living with HIV, including: descriptions of innovative programmes; barriers to implementing person-centred approaches; identification of the medical/community interface; strategies to develop SMART indicators and/or a theory of change model for the fourth 90: quality of life; and next steps. The session will be facilitated by a diverse group of facilitators with expertise in people living with HIV issues, key populations, fast- track cities and person-centred, user-driven care from national, regional and international settings.
