This session will examine how new contexts (such as the migration crisis in Western Europe and change in administration in the US) or new policies negatively impact on funding for HIV/AIDS in general or funding for specific areas relevant to the AIDS response. The session will discuss why and how the priority for AIDS may not be able to remain in the face of these new restrictive contexts and policies.
